If you have decided upon a course, please fill in the application form (next page). The form can be sent by fax : +33 (0)4 93 44 37 16. Please remit a deposit of 150 € when sending the application form. We shall write to confirm your enrolment. You will receive later a detailed bill listing course fees and lodging costs (if booked). The deposit will be deducted.

The full settlement of the bill is required at the latest 2 weeks before the course begins by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card.  Our bank details are :

In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation before the course starts, a cancellation fee is charged:
07 - 30 days before the starting date = 5% of the total amount,
01 - 06 days before the starting date = 10% of the total amount,
the day the course starts = 100% of the total amount.
If a participant leaves a course early, fees cannot be refunded.

Grading test, instruction according to the type of course (one lesson = 45 minutes), teaching aid, certificate of attendance as well as sports and excursions (Junior Program). 19,6% VAT are included.

We recommend obtaining an insurance for liability, sickness, accidents and loss of property for the time of your stay.

No lessons on Easter Monday, May Day (1 May), Ascension Day, Bastille Day (14 July), Assumption (15 August), All Saints Day (1 November), Armistice Day (11 November).

The school is closed from December 13 2008 to January 4 2009. The office is open all year round.
