With a French Family

Living with a French family is the first step towards becoming better acquainted with the country, its people and its language. As the school cooperates with 100 carefully selected families, you have the possibility of expressing your personal preferences. All homes are carefully inspected and only those where the students will be made comfortable and welcome are accepted. Actilangue provides comfortable homes in safe, middle to upper class neighbourhoods that are located 5 to 20 minutes either walking distance or by bus from the institute. Available are single and double rooms with breakfast, half or full board. On the first day, the host family will show the students how to get to Actilangue.

Shared flat AA

Small apartement with single rooms and twin rooms: equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom, WC. The flat is located in the center of Nice. Day of arrival: Sunday - Day of departure: Saturday.

Apartment NICE-VILLE
(1 or 2 persons)

One-roomed flat for 1 or 2 persons fully-furnished and equipped. No internet access. Price will vary depending on the location: from 600 € to 800 € per month for the flat. Price in July/August: from 300 € to 500 € per week for the flat. Arrival preferably on Saturday (on Sunday possible) - Departure preferably on Saturday (on Sunday possible). Caution money required on arrival: 300 € (600 € for monthly rental). Payment of the full amount on arrival in Euros: cheque drawn on a French bank, cash (no credit card).

Flat BV

Apartment (for 1 to 5 persons) in a villa with garden and terrace located near the school and the beach. 1 double room and 1 twin room approx. 12 m² each with wardrobe and table. Bathroom with shower. WC. Kitchen equipped. Living room with TV, DVD player. Internet access. Safe. Washing machine and iron. The towels and bedclothes are provided. Private car park (1 car only).

Residence AC (for students & adults)

The Residence is centrally located 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and about 25 minutes walking distance to the school. Each flat is fully-furnished and equipped: kitchenette with hotplate and cooker hood, fridge, microwave, crockery, bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). Free internet access. Television. Air-conditioning. Safe. Bedsheets and towels are supplied. Local tax included. Cleaning at extra cost. Arrival on Saturday - Departure on Saturday: arrival from 9:30 till 12:00 and from 18:30 till 20:30 (departure on Saturday before 10:00) - Arrival on Sunday - Departure on Sunday: arrival from 9:30 till 12:00 and from 18:30 till 20:30 (departure on Sunday before 10:00). Arrival possible outside of opening hours with transfer from the airport to the residence: 35 €. Caution money required on arrival: 250 € (500 € for monthly rental). Payment of the full amount on arrival in Euros by credit card Visa/Mastercard (+2% for non Euro cards), traveller cheque, cheque drawn on a French bank, cash.

Residence F (for students & adults)

The Residence is located near the school and the beach. Each flat is fully-furnished and equipped: kitchenette with hotplate and cooker hood, fridge, crockery, bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). Free internet access. Washing machine room. Bedsheets and towels are supplied and changed every week. Local tax included. Cleaning on request at extra cost. Arrival on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. - Departure on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 a.m.. Caution money required on arrival by cash: 150 €. Payment of the full amount on arrival by credit card, traveller cheque, cheque drawn on a French bank, cash.

Apart'hotel Nice-Fleurs

Located near the school and the beach. Each flat with kitchen, bathroom, satellite television, individual private telephone number, WI-FI internet access. Caution money required on arrival: 200 €. Local tax: 1,00 € daily per person. Bedsheets and towels are supplied and changed (included in the price). Payment: major credit cards, traveller cheque, cash.

Apart'hotel Citadines-Promenade

Located near the school and the beach. Each flat with terrace and kitchen, bathroom, satellite television, individual private telephone number, individual safety box and Hifi, free internet access. No caution money required. Local tax: 1,00 € daily per person. Bedsheets and towels are supplied and changed. Cleaning included in the price. Payment: major credit cards, traveller cheque, cash.

Hotels (3-4 stars)

All the hotels are located in the centre of Nice, not far from the school and the beach. The prices are given per day and per person for a single or double room with breakfast and local tax included. Form of payment: major credit cards, traveller cheque, cheque, cash.

Actilangue will reserve the Residence, the Hotel, the Apart'hotel requested upon arrival of the application. Payments are to be made directly to the Residence, the Hotel, the Apart'hotel the day of arrival in EURO.
